JIM MCCORMICK NO. 7 QB Losing dynamic DeSean Jackson can't help Foles' production, but it also shouldn't drastically deflate projections for the QB of one of the NFL's most efficient offenses. Even as we consider a realistic correction in turnovers, there's plenty to like about the inside-out nature of Chip Kelly's balanced scheme.
KC JOYNER NO. 7 QB The guy with the best bad-decision rate (BDR) will benefit from Kelly's incredibly creative playcalling and the return of Jeremy Maclin, who outperformed Jackson two years ago on vertical passes (540 yards for Maclin, 449 for Jackson) and will more than pick up his slack in that area in 2014.
MATTHEW BERRY NO. 9 QB I'm more of a believer than a skeptic of Foles, but there will definitely be some interception regression (two last season). On top of that, he lost Jackson, Maclin is coming off a torn ACL, and D-coordinators will be more familiar with Kelly's unusual offense. He's closer to the bottom half of the top 10 than the top half.
CHRISTOPHER HARRIS NO. 11 QB There are lots of fancy ways to say this, but basically I think Foles was lucky in '13. Game tape reveals many plays where he should've been picked off and often wound up with a TD instead. No question, Kelly's high-flying offense gives Foles  appeal. I just don't  think he has a special arm or great mobility.
ERIC KARABELL  NO. 10 QB I'm expecting some regression from his breakout campaign, but I also trust the team's offensive system, even sans Jackson. Foles has to get picked off at a greater rate than 2013, but he remains a reliable starting fantasy option. We've seen  the upside, now he must maintain.
TRISTAN H. COCKCROFT NO. 11 QB Kelly's system may be a boon for a QB, but I can't see how Foles possibly repeats a 0.6 percent interception rate, especially considering his affinity for throwing into traffic. The only other QB to do better in a season in which he made half his team's starts is Damon Huard (0.4 percent, eight starts 2006).
KEN DAUBE NO. 11 QB Foles was third in QB fantasy points per game, but he ranked 22nd in passing yards per game (minimum eight games). His fantasy production  relies heavily on touchdowns—which is not good when you lose your best receiver—and rush attempts, making him an injury risk. Choose a safer option.
